Roll lubrication system for hot rolling mill
The spraying system is used for the roll gap lubrication of hot-strip mill in steel industry.
Pinifer designs, supplies and carries out start up and training of personnel of roll lubrication systems. Every system is individually tailor made considering the circumstances and customer’s requirements. The equipment is designed for use of PiniRol rolling oil.

Pinifer supplied 2005 PiniLub system to Severstal steel mill, Russia, capacity 6,1 milj ton/year.

Micro-Mist lubrication, PiniCool , is produced by high pressure, very small droplet-size and optimum amount of cutting coolant. The systems are used in saw mills and metal workshops.
